The owner is an investor who flips houses, but this project is extra special. We are completely demolishing this house and building it new into the beautiful, modern, and sleek home you see here. We are stoked to elevate this property to an elegant and refined house.

For this Broward demolition project we needed to remove about 3500 sq ft of concrete (5″ deep). For the corners and edges we used a concrete cutter to cut the concrete into smaller squares and them remove them using a skid-steer (forklift).
